Bringing healthcare to your home

As one of the largest hospital chains in Indonesia, Siloam Hospitals continually strives to innovate in delivering accessible healthcare services to all its patients. Siloam at Home was launched as a solution, allowing patients to receive treatment from experienced doctors right at home, without having to visit a Siloam hospital. For this, beyond providing a seamless service, Siloam at Home also needed a centralized platform as a reliable source of information for all patients.

More than posting

Building a social media platform from scratch isn’t as simple as just creating an account and posting content. It requires a well-thought-out strategy to ensure the platform operates effectively and sustainably. From crafting social media guidelines to planning monthly content, we worked closely with the internal Siloam at Home team to strengthen their digital presence on Instagram, as one of the most popular social platforms.

Turning challenges into opportunities

Throughout the process, we faced several significant challenges—not only in building a strong identity for the account but also in sustaining its performance over time. This involved maintaining content quality, meeting key performance goals, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Working with a long time partner

With a long-standing partnership, the Siloam Hospitals team entrusted us with developing and managing Siloam at Home’s social media presence on an end-to-end scale, specifically on Instagram. Our scope of work covered everything from creating social media guidelines, developing strategy, content production (including copywriting and design), to monthly reporting and operating as a social media admin. Prior to the creation of @siloam.at.home, other more branch-specific accounts had already existed. This centralized account was intended to serve as a trusted source of information about Siloam at Home services on a broader scale.

In addition to Instagram, our collaboration extended to managing Siloam at Home’s TikTok presence. Much like Instagram, we handled almost everything—including scriptwriting, concept development, and TikTok strategy in general. As a result, Siloam at Home gained over 15,000 views on TikTok in just three months after the account’s launch.

Smooth collaboration, along with evaluation

In terms of content and design, we aimed to maintain Siloam Hospitals’ professional yet approachable and caring image, ensuring visual synergy across all Siloam platforms. Besides direct selling and informational content about Siloam at Home’s services, we tailored our content plan to incorporate trends and relatable topics.

Each month, we evaluate the performance of every account we manage, based on statistics and dynamic trends over time.
So far, we’ve produced over 270 pieces of content across various formats for Siloam at Home’s social media, including ads—ranging from graphic design to vertical videos and motion graphics. While the collaboration has generally run smoothly, we’ve also faced technical challenges that required us to think critically about how to keep everything going seamlessly.

Keeping it grow steadily and organically

We developed a range of organic strategies, supported by digital ads, to help Siloam at Home’s social media accounts grow steadily over time. One of our main focuses was increasing audience engagement with the content we posted. Additionally, to boost awareness and exposure for Siloam at Home as part of the Siloam Hospitals network, we regularly collaborated on content with other accounts, from hospital units like Siloam Hospitals (head unit), Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang, Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village, and Siloam Hospitals Asri, to various influencers and public figures in Indonesia who have used Siloam at Home’s services.

Being an integral part of Siloam at Home’s growth has been a proud achievement for Stellaris1. Throughout our collaboration, everything has run smoothly, even during team transitions or workflow adjustments. Cooperative teamwork has been key to the success we’ve achieved so far.

An impactful process

Our motivation has always been to explore and improve every piece of content we produce, ensuring that Siloam at Home continues to move forward as an accessible provider of healthcare and information for all patients. Just as Siloam at Home continues to innovate, we believe that our creative contributions in design will have a positive impact on many people’s lives.
