Challenge

A satisfying travel experience is something deeply personal for everyone, as each individual attaches different meanings to their journeys across the globe. Blantara, a trusted provider of luxury travel services, understands this well. They don’t just offer services; they listen to the unique needs of each client. Blantara believes there’s something more meaningful than just reaching a destination—it’s about turning dreams into memorable experiences.

Blantara faced the challenge of expanding its audience segmentation, which led to a need for a “refreshment” in their branding and visual identity as a whole. Given the high level of service they provide, it’s crucial for Blantara to project a sense of luxury and elegance, while also maintaining a warm and humble persona. While these qualities may seem contradictory, they actually complement each other and reflect the core values of Blantara: delivering luxury with a warm and humble approach.

Choosing the right visual elements to represent Blantara’s brand identity wasn’t a quick or simple decision. We conducted in-depth research to explore color options, fonts, and logo stylescapes that best represent Blantara’s new identity. After several phases of careful discussion, we were able to harmoniously combine these visual elements into a cohesive whole.

Goal & Result

In line with Blantara’s philosophy, the brand needed a visual identity that could instantly reflect its values. We believe that a luxury travel brand doesn’t have to feel cold and rigid. Instead, despite the premium and elegant impression associated with luxury, Blantara’s branding can feel welcoming and gentle—like a good listener who provides a personalized experience for every journey. This is primarily reflected in the new logo and colors, which will be consistently used across various mediums.

Blantara’s new brand identity is built around three main pillars: Eye, Ear, and Echoes.

Eye represents the visual pleasure that comes with every breathtaking view on a journey provided by Blantara.

Ear signifies Blantara’s ability to listen and understand every client’s needs, ensuring a tailored experience.

Echoes symbolizes the significant emotional impact of each journey, just like echoes filling a space.

The use of the “Green Vert Anglais” color palette dominates Blantara’s new visual identity. This emerald green, paired with earthy tones, gives the brand a grounded feel without losing its elegance and exclusivity. We also provided alternative color palettes with similar tones that can be adjusted according to specific needs.

Additionally, we created a supergraphic derived from Blantara’s logo, which can be incorporated into various designs, along with a typographic guide featuring sans-serif fonts that evoke simplicity, luxury, and universality.

Conclusion

By fully understanding Blantara’s characteristics and its audience, we were able to craft a visual identity that showcases Blantara’s premium quality as a luxury travel provider. We believe that this new visual representation can leave a strong impression, positioning Blantara as a high-value, premium brand.

This entire process of designing Blantara’s visual identity was an enjoyable journey for both us and Blantara. A smooth collaboration resulted in significant progress, allowing us to deliver the best possible outcome. With an efficient team and an effective workflow, we ensured that every step of the process was completed with minimal obstacles.
